What you get

The research and methodology to build a multi-million dollar brand. Run the process. Drop it into your IDE. Execute.

How it works

Build your playbook

Enter your business idea. Answer clarify questions (region, business model, capital). Generate your opportunity report. Download the playbook. Drop it into Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or any LLM-powered IDE. You now have institutional-grade research and a full brand-building system wired to your idea.

A playbook = PE-grade opportunity report + full kit. One unit. The kind of input that used to cost six figures. Now it runs in your IDE.

Opportunity report

24 sections. Industrial PE-grade.

Every report runs the full proprietary methodology: no shortcuts, no fill-in-the-blanks. Thesis, catalyst analysis, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM with source reconciliation), competitor deep dives (offer, pricing, proof points, operations, moat), innovation opportunities, entry path analysis, unit economics, market and execution risks, kill criteria, regulatory/ethics, comparable peers, tactical insights, critical considerations, fact-check. Sourced. Defensible. The same research standard that moves capital. This is the memo that funds get built on.

Entry path analysis

The PLG (product-led growth) path scores highest on capital efficiency and time to revenue. Enterprise sales requires a larger team and longer cycles. Marketplace (Unity Asset Store, itch.io) limits margin and brand control. Recommended: Freemium launch with Discord community, convert power users to paid tiers, then selectively pursue studio partnerships after 1,000+ active users.

Risk assessment

Market risks
  • Indie dev budgets are tight; tool fatigue is real
  • Unity or Unreal bundles similar AI into their stack
  • Open-source alternatives gain traction in dev communities
Execution risks
  • Model API costs erode margin at scale
  • Indie devs churn if output quality slips
  • CAC exceeds $80 target in crowded PLG space
  • Community moderation overhead grows faster than revenue
Abandon if CAC exceeds $120 sustained over 90 days, or if net revenue retention is below 100% after 12 months. Pivot to enterprise if PLG unit economics fail but studios express strong interest.

# Go-to-Market Plan

## Pre-launch checklist
1. **Finalize brand name and register domain.** Secure .com and relevant country TLDs (.co.uk if launching UK-first). Register before any public activity.
2. **Claim social handles.** Instagram, Reddit username, YouTube channel, X. Even if not posting immediately, lock down the namespace.
3. **Source first 3-4 origins.** Use Algrano, Cropster Marketplace, or Sucafina Specialty. Target: Yemen (Haraz or Bani Matar), Myanmar (Shan State), DRC (Kivu), plus one rotating wildcard (Papua New Guinea, Laos, or similar). Order samples, cup, and select.
4. **Secure contract roaster.** In UK: Tightknit Roasting or equivalent toll roaster with 5-10kg minimums and 48-hour turnaround. In US: Buckman Coffee Factory or similar. Verify roast-to-order capability, not batch scheduling.
5. **Design and order packaging.** Compostable valve bags with custom labels. Printed story card inserts (one per origin). Recyclable mailers. Source from sustainable packaging suppliers. Minimum order: 250-500 bags.
6. **Build Shopify store with Recharge.** Product pages for each origin. Subscription management (skip, pause, cancel without friction). Three tiers: Explorer ($16/month), Curator ($30/month), Connoisseur ($55/month). Gift subscription flow with custom message field.

Now let me produce the landing page HTML. I'll follow the Brand Book's visual direction (documentary/editorial aesthetic, the earthy colour palette, serif headlines, no AI slop patterns) and the frontend-design skill guidelines.

# Design review: landing page

## AI slop verdict: PASS
The landing page avoids the standard AI-generated fingerprints. No purple gradients, no glassmorphism, no gradient text, no Inter/Roboto/Poppins. No dark mode with glowing accents. No identical card grid with icons above headings. The colour palette (coffee brown, parchment, terracotta, sage) is genuinely derived from the brand direction, not the default AI palette. Typography uses Instrument Serif, DM Sans, and JetBrains Mono, which is a distinctive and intentional pairing. The layout breaks out of the hero-then-3-column-cards-then-testimonials default. The origin cards use a 1px-gap grid rather than padded cards with drop shadows. The "how it works" section uses a 4-column step layout on a dark background, not the typical numbered cards with icons.
One near-miss: the pricing section is a 3-column tier grid, which is a common pattern. But the execution (1px gap, no border-radius) keeps it from feeling generic.
