Order of Operations

  1. Foundation: Opportunity → Mission → Brand Guidelines → Brand Book
  2. GTM Plan: Go to Market
  3. Execution: Landing Page → Design Review → Humanize → Editorial Calendar → Social Media
  4. Brand Command: Branded dashboard (GTM, editorial, social)
  5. Final Pass: Design Review → Humanize

Quick Start

  1. Copy this folder into your IDE project (or open it directly).
  2. Tell your AI: Read CLAUDE.md
  3. If you have a report from Build Playbook: say Mission and follow the sequence.
  4. If starting from scratch: say Analyze: [your business idea], then Mission, Brand Guidelines, Brand Book, Go to Market

Run a report set in Build Playbook, then Download playbook to get the full package (opportunity + execution reports plus the kit) with your reports pre-loaded in context/.
